Part of the point of my job is that: no, other scientists don’t agree with me. I am there to improve their processes and often to fix their mistakes! This sometimes gets some push back from the scientists whose processes I am working on, but in the end we tend to agree that the processes do actually work better and more efficiently once myself and my team are done with them – because that’s out job!

Mostly, yes! Other scientists might do something differently to me, and that’s ok. We need lots of people bringing lots of ideas to the table to make progress.

Most of the time scientists in my field agree with me but some disagree too. That’s fine, it is always good to have different opinions to solve a problem.
