• Question: As a child who was your idol?

      I never really had an idol growing up, but I was interested in a lot of things. There were several people who I think inspired me to end up becoming a scientist like my family and teachers.

      I don’t know that I had an idol, actually! Well… I did – but she was a cartoon character called Serena and I’m not sure she caused me to get into science!

      But she did Fight evil by Moonlight and Win Love by Daylight and I was very into that.
