      Ooh, I do so many! I tend not to do the same experiment twice though. My favourite machine to use is X-ray diffraction because it gives beautiful pictures of exactly what my molecules look like and how the atoms are joined together.
      My favourite experiment to do in schools is extracting DNA from strawberries https://youtu.be/NCu7T_1_WLo But in my lab I enjoy anything with pretty colours haha. This is my colleague’s chemical he made:
