Question: When you moved from France to England, did you know any English? Or any history about England/ Great Britain?

Hi Phoebe! Yes I did speak English when I moved to the UK but not as good as now. However, after 10 years in the UK, I still have my French accent! 😀 I learned a lot about England history since I moved to this country. It is fascinating and really linked to France history. Do you know some French words or would you like to learn?

have you heard about John Flamsteed the astronomer of denby, derbyshire. Thats why our school is called John Flamsteed Community School!
