I’m fairly certain humans will be around when this does eventually happen. I would like to think technology will allow us to explore space on a larger scale one day. Both the voyager probes have left our solar system, but has taken 40 + years to do so.

You are very well informed on your space stuff! Your name is not misplaced! I think Humans should still be around, however if I am correct it is very unlikely to have a big impact on the solar system as it works currently, except that we may be shifted out further from the new galaxy’s centre!
