      Yes. It does. Both of them depending on where exactly in space you are talking about.

      On the ISS (International Space Station) they control the pressure and heat such that water just sort of floats if it isn’t in a bottle or anything.

      But, out in the wilds of space the pressure and temperature are so low that it could do either at any given time depending on the exact conditions!

      As Aimee wrote, it really depends where you are in the space. Both pressure and temperature are controlling if the water stays solid, liquid or gas.
