      I’m a synthetic inorganic chemist and a researcher so my job is to make new metal-containing chemicals.
      In my PhD I made lots of new molecules which can make hydrogen gas, and also break it down.

      Now I am trying to make new MOFs (tiny cages) for catalysis which will also be new.

      I have, but it was the initial part of a bigger piece of work which was carried on by another researcher when funding for my PhD fell through! Sadly because it isn’t yet published I can’t tell you about it!

      I am hoping to have invented a new nanoparticle of zirconia. We filed a patent recently so fingers crossed it will be granted!
