Most nosebleeds are caused by either dryness, which makes the skin more likely to crack and hence bleed, or from picking your nose – which I think explains itself!

The nose contains lots of blood vessels, which can become damaged and bleed relatively easily. Like Aimee said, they’re mostly caused by dryness or picking your nose! They can also be caused from blowing your nose too hard, or some kind of trauma like being hit in the face.
