      Ohhh! Such a good question.

At the moment I am in the process of taking a new product all the way from getting the initial proposal through process development – running the experiment with minor changes and seeing what makes it better vs what makes it worse -, analytical development – making sure we can find not only the product we want after we’ve made it but also any other compounds we’ve made which could cause a problem -, then into our small “trial” plant – 1-2 tonnes at a time – and then it will go into our huge full scale vessels. That has been an incredibly interesting journey because there have been entirely different challenges at each stage. It’s the first time I have had the opportunity to do this for the whole process start to finish to that has been a really eye-opening and rewarding process.
