Question: what sort of scientific topics do you do as a technical manager?

As a Technical Manager, I look after a team of 3 people and on a day to day basis, I make sure everyone in the team is happy and know what jobs they are doing. It also means I get to spend time looking at new projects to start. Just recently, I put in an “Ideation form” to start making a different type of zirconia powder but other topics could be materials in healthcare, different size or shape particles or materials we do not think exist yet.
